barra are on the bite a bit here at lake awoonga i myself have caught 8 in the last week. ben platten from pats bait n tackel has caught the biggest barra officaly weighed here at the dam it was 127cm 29kg caught before sunset in the shallows on the 4th aug very nice fish well done ben.
